This policy explains what this website collects and what happens to it. It covers the website only. Your dental records as a patient are handled separately under the practice’s patient privacy obligations.

What the website collects

The only information this website collects from you is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the subject you select, and your message.

What we do with it

The contact form sends those details to the practice by email so that we can reply. We use them to answer you and, if you become a patient, to arrange your care. We do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.

Please do not send medical details

Email is not a secure channel. The form asks you not to include medical information, and we mean it. If you need to tell us something private, call the practice.

Tracking and cookies

This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels, and it does not set cookies to follow you around the internet. WordPress, which the site is built on, may set a cookie if you leave a comment or log in as staff.

The map

The location map is embedded from Google Maps. Loading it means Google receives a request from your browser and may set its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy applies to that, not ours.

Other websites

Some links take you to other organisations. Once you follow one of those links, that organisation’s own privacy policy applies rather than ours.
